1. School Partnership Development
• Identify, approach, and onboard secondary schools and high schools for long-term collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with school principals, career counselors, and administrators to
introduce study abroad pathways for their students.
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and info sessions at schools to educate students, parents,
and staff about study abroad programs.

2. Student Outreach & Engagement
• Organize and lead school-based seminars, study abroad fairs, and interactive events to generate
interest among students.
• Provide guidance to interested students on suitable study destinations, academic pathways, and
career outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between the school community and internal admissions/counseling teams.

3. Strategy & Market Development
• Create and implement a regional strategy to expand presence in schools and increase student
inquiries and conversions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving needs of schools to adapt outreach
Maintain regular communication with partner schools to ensure continued engagement and
satisfaction.
• Develop reports and feedback loops to track the success of school partnerships and make
data-driven decisions.
4. Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, counseling, and admissions teams to streamline student journeys
from awareness to enrollment.
• Share insights from school engagements to improve marketing content, events, and program
offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, International Relations, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles—preferably in the
education or international student recruitment sector.
• Proven track record of working with schools or academic institutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for school visits, presentations, and events.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships.
Preferred Attributes:
• Familiarity with popular study abroad destinations and their education systems (e.g., USA, UK,
Canada, Australia, Europe).
• Experience organizing school events, fairs, or education-related outreach programs.
• Knowledge of local education systems and academic calendars.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
