Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Private Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in infrastructure, geomatics, GIS, surveying, and related technical services. The role involves market research, lead generation, proposal support, and coordination with technical teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, geomatics, GIS, surveying, mapping, and engineering services
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and upcoming government/private tenders
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, meetings, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government bodies
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and capability statements in coordination with technical teams
  • Support tendering and bidding processes, including pre-qualification documents and compliance checks
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of proposals and client requirements
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and client databases
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, conferences, and site visits

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in infra, geomatics, GIS, or engineering services preferred)
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure projects, surveying, mapping, GIS, or geospatial services
  • Experience dealing with B2B clients, government departments, or consulting firms is an advantage

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients
  • Proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Market analysis and lead generation abilities
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player

  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate of leads to projects

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
