We’re #Hiring: Business Development Executive (B2B – IT Services)

Company: Trubyte Private Limited

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-Site/Full-time)

Trubyte is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our footprint in the IT services and managed solutions space. If you have a passion for B2B sales and building long-term client relationships, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities

· Engage with SMBs and enterprise clients to understand their IT needs

· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, IT Managers)

· Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close deals

· Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding

· Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

· Experience in IT services, MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, or networking is a strong plus

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional mindset

· Familiarity with the Pakistani market is preferred
