Exfiltra is looking for a Business Development Executive with proven experience in Upwork proposal writing and deal closure. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to position technical services, engage international clients, and consistently convert opportunities into long-term projects.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Writing high-quality, tailored proposals on Upwork
  • Managing end-to-end Upwork sales cycles:
  • Lead qualification
  • Client communication
  • Negotiation and deal closure
  • Handling and scaling development and QA-related profiles on Upwork
  • Understanding client requirements and aligning them with internal teams
  • Maintaining strong client relationships post-closure to encourage repeat business
  • Tracking proposal performance, response rates, and conversion metrics

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience with Upwork, specifically:
  • Proposal writing
  • Closing deals with international clients
  • Prior experience managing development and/or QA service profiles on Upwork
  • Strong written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to understand technical services well enough to sell them confidently
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working night shifts

Nice to Have (Big Plus)

  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting and warm outreach
  • Background working with software agencies, consulting firms, or tech services companies
