Position : Business Development Executive
Location : Pune
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and follow up with potential clients through calls, social media, and site walk-ins
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and payment plans
Maintain relationships with clients for future business opportunities
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and legal documentation (including RERA)
Requirements:-
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate portals is a plus
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
