As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive new client acquisition and partnerships.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with workspace providers. This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Pakistan while collaborating closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with SMEs, corporates, and startups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workspace providers and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the flexible office sector.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to clients seeking office space, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (preferably in property, office brokerage, or B2B services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Excel.
  • A neutral or British accent (preferred)
  • Excellent command over spoken English
