Core Responsibilities
- Actively search for potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
- Introduce the agency’s services and present tailored solutions based on client requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to draft proposals, quotations, and marketing pitches.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with all leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets aligned with agency goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1-2-year experience in business development or sales (experience in a marketing agency is preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing services (digital, branding, social media).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic presentation tools.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and able to handle client conversations professionally.
