Job Description:

We are a well-established Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Business Consultancy Firm in Abu Dhabi seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base across Abu Dhabi mainland, ADGM, and KIZAD.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for independent lead generation while also converting qualified leads provided by our digital marketing team. This role offers a competitive salary, attractive incentives, and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads independently through:
• Cold calling not allowed as per our company policy, networking, referrals, and field visits
• Corporate meetings and professional events
• Follow up and convert leads provided by the digital marketing team
• Promote services including:Accounting & Bookkeeping,Audit & Assurance.VAT & Corporate Tax & AML Compliance Services
• Conduct client meetings and presentations across Abu Dhabi, ADGM & KIZAD
• Achieve monthly sales targets with a strong focus on revenue growth
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records
• Coordinate with internal teams (Audit, Tax, Accounts) for smooth client onboarding
• Stay updated on UAE regulatory requirements and market trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within:
• Accounting, Audit, Tax, Consultancy, or Corporate Services firms
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market, especially ADGM & KIZAD
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads independently
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field
