Job Description:
Aurora Nexus is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition through LinkedIn, cold calling, Fiverr, Upwork, and other outreach channels. This role requires a self-driven, results-oriented individual who can operate independently and consistently meet targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, Fiverr, Upwork, and other platforms.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Conduct client presentations and handle negotiations professionally.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Report regularly on outreach activities, leads, and closed deals.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
• Expertise in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and freelance platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM PKT).
