Business Development Executive

Company Overview:

North Star Heavy Equipment & Spare Parts Trading LLC is a distributor of some of the world`s leading brand of heavy duty engine spare parts for construction machinery, power generators and marine engines. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive outdoor sales and build strong customer relationships, within the region.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to handle outdoor sales of spare parts for construction machinery, power generators and marine engines. The candidate should have knowledge of the spare parts industry and experience selling within the UAE, Saudi, other GCC and African markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor sales visits to prospective and existing clients across the UAE, Saudi other GCC region and African markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and deliver regular performance reports.
• Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and close deals effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in outdoor sales of spare parts for construction machinery, power generators, marine engines within the UAE, Other GCC and African region.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Other Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license required.
• Language: Fluent in English, Arabic

Salary & Benefits:

(Include base salary, commission, allowances as per our company policy.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Heavy Duty engine spare parts sales: 1 year (Preferred)

• UAE driver`s License (Required)
