We’re looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and a proactive Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The candidate in this role will be responsible for sourcing prospects and generating new business opportunities. It is a contract based position which can lead to a permanent position based on the performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client outreach and market research.
- Meet the set KPIs and exceed the sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date with the records of sales operations and performance reports.
- Keep informed about current market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements.
- Meet and engage potential clients in person to create new business opportunities and represent the company during meetings, client visits, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B) in digital marketing is preferred
- Basic understanding and fundamental knowledge of digital marketing including but not limited to social media, SEO, web development, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a keen interest in taking initiative and driving results.
- Target-driven, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving business growth and client acquisition.
