Job Description

Royal Solar Energy is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving sales initiatives, partnerships, and revenue generation in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, commercial, and residential clients.
• Present company products and services to potential clients and close business deals.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and project execution.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups as required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales (solar/energy sector experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
