Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager with strong knowledge of building contracting and construction manpower services. The role focuses on generating new business, securing contracts, and growing client relationships within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads and close contracts with contractors and developers
• Promote construction manpower services
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Achieve sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction business development or manpower supply
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC construction market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
