Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives. The role involves market research, lead generation, client meetings, and collaboration with internal teams to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and work independently
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales
