Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for solar projects
• Conduct client meetings and site visit coordination
• Present solar solutions according to customer needs
• Prepare quotations and follow up for closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams
• Maintain customer records and sales reports

Requirements

• Previous experience in a solar company is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of solar systems, net metering, and basic system sizing
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• MS Office / CRM knowledge will be a plus
