Job Title – Patient Relationship Executive

Department: Sales/Business Development

Location: MyMedTrip office located at The Circle, Omaxe Square, Jasola - Behind Apollo Hospital, New Delhi

Job Summary

The candidate’s responsibility will be to speak with patients across the globe on call, answer their questions, and convince them about our services. The candidate will experience all stages of the sales cycle.


They need to be good at making new connections with clients and keeping the ones we already have. They should be skilled at talking to people and work out deals. They should also keep patients interested in our services. The main goal is to convince patients to choose our treatment services.


They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. The staff must be well versed with email writing and negotiation skills.


Mandatory Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills: Fluent in speaking English language and writing skills too
  • Push leads for maturing: Should be able to push the lead to the next stage effectively till patient's landing
  • Clarity of communication: Clarity about the product/service being provided
  • Sales skills: able to convince the patient about the service being provided
  • Empathy and Understanding: The ability to empathize with patients' needs and concerns, providing a compassionate and understanding approach to their medical situations
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the medical tourism services offered, including treatment options, destinations, healthcare providers, and associated costs
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on their feet and resolve issues or answer questions that may arise during the conversation.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time to handle multiple calls and follow-up tasks within a workday.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software Zoho, telephony systems, and other sales tools to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline
  • Follow-Up Skills: One of the most critical skills needed. Persistent and organized in following up with leads and maintaining communication until the deal is closed
  • Persuasion and Influence: Ability to persuade potential clients about the benefits of choosing your services and influence their decision-making process
  • Active Listening: Paying close attention to the client's needs and concerns to tailor the pitch accordingly
  • Professionalism: Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions, ensuring a positive representation of your company
  • Medical Terminologies: Must be well versed with medical terminologies specially the specialties and major treatments


Responsibilities

· Build relationships with prospective clients

· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

· Manage sales pipeline

· Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

· Track metrics to ensure targets are hit


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree 2+ years in sales industry

· Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success


Eligibility

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Sales Profile at a Medical Tourism Company. This is mandatory.

Other skills: Must be fluent in spoken and written English, Hindi/Urdu. Bengali language skills is an added advantage. Must possess excellent written communication skills and should be able to write professional emails to the hospitals and embassies globally.


Benefits</strong>

Salary Rs 25,000

Incentives extra for every surgical patient's conversion of Rs 5,000 per patient


Type of Contract Contractual, renewed on yearly basis

Weekly Working Pattern 6 days a week. Shiftwise: 9.30 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 2.30 am. The 2nd shift of 6 pm to 2 am may be flexible for work from home option.


Annual Leave 30 days paid leave

Proposed date of Joining: Immediate
