Job Title – Patient Relationship Executive
Department: Sales/Business Development
Location: MyMedTrip office located at The Circle, Omaxe Square, Jasola - Behind Apollo Hospital, New Delhi

Job Summary
The candidate’s responsibility will be to speak with patients across the globe on call, answer their questions, and convince them about our services. The candidate will experience all stages of the sales cycle.
They need to be good at making new connections with clients and keeping the ones we already have. They should be skilled at talking to people and work out deals. They should also keep patients interested in our services. The main goal is to convince patients to choose our treatment services.
They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. The staff must be well versed with email writing and negotiation skills.

· Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
· Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree 2+ years in sales industry
· Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
Eligibility
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Sales Profile at a Medical Tourism Company. This is mandatory.
Other skills: Must be fluent in spoken and written English, Hindi/Urdu. Bengali language skills is an added advantage. Must possess excellent written communication skills and should be able to write professional emails to the hospitals and embassies globally.
Benefits</strong>
Salary Rs 25,000
Incentives extra for every surgical patient's conversion of Rs 5,000 per patient
Type of Contract Contractual, renewed on yearly basis
Weekly Working Pattern 6 days a week. Shiftwise: 9.30 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 2.30 am. The 2nd shift of 6 pm to 2 am may be flexible for work from home option.
Annual Leave 30 days paid leave
Proposed date of Joining: Immediate
