Job Summary: As a Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and enhance NEWITY’s value proposition. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and prospect for potential partnerships through various channels that align with NEWITY’s strategic goals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, including financial institutions, fintech platforms, and service providers.

Attend conferences and industry events, which will include regular travel.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful partnership execution.

Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes.

Oversee conference logistics for a timely and efficient conference schedule for the company booth, attendance, and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech or financial services.

Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
