Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, sales pipeline management, and closing deals while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

This role requires working in US time zones and offers a hybrid work model depending on operational needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
  • Perform cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with US-based clients
  • Prepare and present proposals, service portfolios, and pricing
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for customized solutions
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Experience working with US or international clients
  • Comfortable working in US time zones
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability

Work Model
