Business Development Executive for Wala Coffee Roasting LLC in Dubai will be responsible for driving B2B coffee sales, growing the client base across UAE HORECA/office channels, and achieving revenue targets, with a mandatory minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the UAE. This role combines field sales, key account management, and brand representation for specialty coffee.

- Summary: Responsible for acquiring and managing wholesale coffee customers (cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, catering companies, and distributors) and achieving agreed sales and margin targets in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B coffee accounts (HORECA, corporate offices, retail and specialty cafés) across the UAE.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular visits, relationship building, upselling, and cross-selling of coffee and related products.
- Develop and execute a sales plan for assigned territories, including setting visit plans, pipeline targets, and monthly/quarterly sales objectives.
- Conduct product presentations, cuppings, and tastings with decision-makers (owners, F&B managers, baristas) to promote Wala Coffee’s offerings.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and promotional agreements within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with roastery/operations to ensure accurate ordering, timely delivery, stock availability, and after-sales service for customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and activity reports in CRM or similar tools, and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Monitor coffee market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback in the UAE to recommend new products, channels, or pricing actions.
- Represent Wala Coffee at trade shows, coffee events, and industry gatherings to generate qualified leads and build brand awareness.
Requirements and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE in business development or sales in coffee, F&B, HORECA, or foodservice (roastery, beverage, FMCG, or related).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully opening new B2B accounts in the UAE.
- Strong existing network with cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and distributors in Dubai and preferably other Emirates.
- UAE driving license and familiarity with UAE geography and customer locations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good understanding of specialty coffee products, brewing methods, and basic barista skills is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and report clearly to management.
Education and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred; relevant experience may compensate.
- Strong sales hunting mindset and customer-service orientation.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM usage for reporting and pipeline management.
- Result-driven, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
