Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our IT team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in IT sales and business development across both product-based and service-based offerings. The candidate will be trained to identify business opportunities, communicate with clients, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through LinkedIn, emails, calls, portals, and online research.
  • Learn and promote IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Cloud, IoT, etc.) and IT products/SaaS solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with senior team members and technical teams.
  • Support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure under guidance.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
  • Help achieve assigned monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and follow-ups.
