Job Title: Business Development Executive – Business Formation & Legal Services (UAE)

Location: Deira, Dubai

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in UAE business setup, legal services promotion, and trademark registration services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and guiding clients through company formation and other services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the business setup, legal, and corporate services sector
• Promote company formation, PRO services, visa services, legal consultancy services, and trademark registration services
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Provide consultation on mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation options
• Present and cross-sell legal services including drafting agreements, legal consultation, and document attestation (as applicable)
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, licensing requirements, and IP/trademark procedures

Requirements

• Mandatory: Previous sales experience in UAE business formation / company setup industry
• Experience promoting legal services and trademark registration services is preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland authorities, and licensing processes
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)

Visa Status

• Candidate must have their own valid visa
• Work permit will be provided by the company
