Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our IT team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in IT sales and business development across both product-based and service-based offerings. The candidate will be trained to identify business opportunities, communicate with clients, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through LinkedIn, emails, calls, portals, and online research.
• Learn and promote IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Cloud, IoT, etc.) and IT products/SaaS solutions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with senior team members and technical teams.
• Support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure under guidance.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
• Participate in client calls, meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
• Help achieve assigned monthly targets and KPIs.
• Prepare basic sales reports and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Basic understanding or strong interest in IT services and products.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to learn sales processes and IT concepts.

· Confident, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office, email tools, and internet research.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification:

· MBA / BBA (Freshers / Recent Pass-outs) preferred.

• Candidate must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving license for client visits.
