Join the Bang & Olufsen team and step into a role as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project sales, targeting the hospitality sector, architects, interior designers, system integrators, and high net worth individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality, architecture, interior design, and luxury sectors.
- Drive B2B sales through strategic targeting and relationship building.
- Identify and pursue project sales opportunities to meet annual revenue targets.
- Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and revenue.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, marketing, and B2B sales.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Experience in project sales and relationship management with high-profile clients.
- Strong network in the hospitality, architecture, interior design, and luxury sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language is an advantage.
The salary for this role is based on experience.
