Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our education agent network across Pakistan. The role focuses on agent onboarding, relationship management, admissions support, and achieving conversion targets for each intake while promoting our partner universities and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact new education agents across Pakistan
• Explain company services, partner universities, and commission structures
• Register new agents and complete onboarding formalities
• Provide training and guidance to agents on admissions and visa processes
• Maintain strong relationships with existing agents
• Support agents with student cases and documentation
• Achieve conversion targets for each intake
• Build strong relationships with universities and partner agents
• Attend education fairs, seminars, and marketing events to promote the company
• Maintain accurate agent data and reports

Skills Required

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of the study abroad process
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet onboarding and revenue targets
