ABOUT THE ROLE:

Innovative Generations Institute is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving course enrolments, and building strong relationships with individuals, corporates, and institutional partners across the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and generate new business leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and field visits
• Promote professional training programs, certifications, and corporate learning solutions
• Convert leads into individual enrolments and corporate training contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporates, HR managers, and training partners
• Conduct follow-ups, counselling sessions, course presentations, and demos
• Support marketing campaigns, open days, workshops, and promotional events
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue using CRM tools
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or education counselling
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in education institutes, EdTech, training centres, or corporate training is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and digital lead generation
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the UAE education or corporate market is a plus
