Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy execution, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, contracts, and quotations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
- Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
