About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion across target markets in India and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and pursue new business leads across targeted sectors including industrial buyers, distributors, and export clients.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote company products and services.
● Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
● Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product presentations, and quotations to potential clients.
● Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction.
● Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and pipeline status.
● Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote the Royal Rubbers brand.
● Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term revenue growth.

Salary Scale: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,16,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
