Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of sales and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Present company services and close sales deals
• Maintain and update client data and sales records
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions
• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
