Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at Potato Logics, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of our industry, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Actively search for potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
• Introduce the agency’s services and present tailored solutions based on client requirements.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to draft proposals, quotations, and marketing pitches.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with all leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets aligned with agency goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 1-2-year experience in business development or sales (experience in a marketing agency is preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing services (digital, branding, social media).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic presentation tools.
• Goal-oriented, confident, and able to handle client conversations professionally.
