Business Development Executive

About Us

We are a growing BIM services company providing end-to-end Building Information Modeling solutions to architects, engineers, contractors, and developers across international markets. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for BIM services in the UAE, GCC and other markets.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Present and promote BIM services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand client and project requirements.
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing (BIM / AEC / engineering services preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of BIM services such as Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Scan to BIM is an advantage.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized.
  • Familiarity with the UAE construction market is a plus.
