Business Development Executive - Massar Business Solutions Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role driving the company's growth by expanding business opportunities, primarily within the KSA market. As part of our team in Massar Dubai, you'll work in a HYBRID environment, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals while leveraging your proven sales acumen and deep knowledge of the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in the KSA and regional markets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop market penetration strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze business trends within KSA.
- Lead client pitches, negotiations, and close sales in line with company objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions as required.
Must have requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Documented success in achieving sales targets and growing new business.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia business environment.
Nice to have requirements
- Experience in company set up or business incorporation processes within KSA.
- Familiarity with KSA visa, immigration processes, and related legal procedures.
- Previous experience in the professional services or consulting industry.
