Job Title: Business Development Executive (Tele calling)

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Job Overview:

We are hiring Business Development Executives (Tele calling) for our Sharjah-based operations. We are seeking motivated and confident candidates who can generate business leads, manage client interactions, and contribute to the company’s growth. The role involves outbound calling, follow-ups, and promoting HR services to potential clients.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be currently residing inside the UAE.

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound tele calling to potential clients to introduce company services
• Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients
• Maintain and update client databases and lead trackers
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure successful client engagement
• Promote HR recruitment and staffing services over the phone
• Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets
• Prepare basic reports on call activity and lead status
• Maintain professional communication and client relationship etiquette
• Work collaboratively with the business development and recruitment teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in tele calling, tele sales, or business development preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Good communication of English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
• Presentable, confident, and goal-oriented personality
• Immediate joiners are preferred
