Business Development Executive

Are you skilled at winning projects through proposals and generating leads through cold outreach? Do you know how to pitch services in a way that converts?

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive – Marketplace & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth through freelance marketplaces, cold email campaigns, and LinkedIn lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write customized, high-converting proposals on Upwork and PPH.
  • Manage and track multiple bids and conversations simultaneously.
  • Optimize marketplace profiles, gigs, and service listings.
  • Analyze client requirements and align them with the right services.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Generate qualified leads via cold email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Maintain follow-ups and improve proposal strategy based on results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Upwork and PPH.
  • Proven experience in cold email campaigns and LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.
  • Proven track record of winning bids and converting leads.
  • Understanding of digital services (web/app development, design, marketing, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital services such as design, development, or marketing.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience handling clients after proposal approval.
  • Ability to analyze rejection feedback and optimize bidding strategy.
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools.
