Business Development Executive

KIA Motors SITE is hiring a Business Development Executive for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies. As a Business Development Executive, your duties will include establishing networks, maintaining valued customer relationships, and negotiating deals. Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
  • Create marketing strategies as per consumer needs and wants and generate leads for the business.

Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree will be a plus. (Preferably in marketing).
  • 0 to 1+ years in the sales & marketing industry or Automotive industry
  • Ability to respond and react to internal and external customers
  • Persons with having digital media company background will be a plus.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including dealing with sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative strategies making skills.
