Business Development Executive

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth within the fit-out and interior contracting industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, a solid client network, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and design & build sector.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and real estate stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and digital channels.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and tender submissions in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to position the company competitively.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and provide regular performance and forecast reports.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in business development or sales within the fit-out, construction, or interior design industry.
• Established network within commercial, retail, F&B, or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Sound understanding of fit-out project lifecycles and commercial processes.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
