Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, a confident accent, and hands on experience in B2B lead generation and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads across B2B platforms, including LinkedIn and other industry-specific channels.
  • Create and execute personalized outreach strategies on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key influencers through effective communication.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Track responses and refine communication strategies based on engagement and feedback.
  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities by exploring new markets and targeting key prospects.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Develop and pitch tailored value propositions aligned with client requirements and company offerings.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Business Development or a similar B2B sales role (preferably in a software house).
  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional and confident accent.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and social selling techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
