Business Development Executive

This role is crucial in driving growth and establishing strong partnerships with clients who require top-tier manpower solutions, including local manpower, outsourcing, for government, semi-government, and private companies. The Business Development Executive will focus on strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing the client base while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the manpower division.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their manpower needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
