Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software/IT sector
- Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, networking, cold calling, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for potential clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in business development (software company experience is mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of software services and solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
