Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software/IT sector
  • Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, networking, cold calling, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in business development (software company experience is mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of software services and solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
