Shift Timings: 6 pm to 2 am

Work Type: Full time (On-site)

Role Overview

Seeking a C2C Lead Generation Specialist with strong LinkedIn outreach experience targeting the US and Canadian market.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Run outreach and follow-ups
• Convert leads into meetings and clients
• Maintain CRM records and meet targets

Requirements

• 2–3 years in Lead Generation or Business Development
• Fresh graduates and students are also encouraged to apply
• Proven C2C and LinkedIn outreach experience
• Strong communication and closing skills

Preferred

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM experience
• Familiarity with US recruitment/staffing
