Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth.

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms
• Reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings or presentations
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the consulting team
• Maintain and update lead database and sales pipeline
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
