Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively identify and qualify new business leads through calling, networking, and social selling.
  • Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing for our key service domains.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients, ensuring they understand the value of our consultancy.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to help scale our operations.

Our Service Domains

You will be responsible for selling a diverse portfolio of premium corporate services:

  • Digital & Creative: Web Development, SEO, and Social Media Management.
  • Content Production: Professional Photography and Videography.
  • Corporate Training: Leadership development and operational efficiency workshops.
  • Financial Services: Bookkeeping, VAT registration, and Corporate Tax advisory.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in B2B sales or business development with a focus on hitting revenue targets.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex services in simple, human terms that resonate with business owners.
  • Self-Starter Attitude: A proactive professional who does not wait for leads to come to them.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE business landscape and corporate service requirements.
