Business development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, booking demos, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outreach.This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in business development, SaaS sales, or international lead generation.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential clients in the US market, including SMEs, startups, and growing enterprises.Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, and other outreach channels.Schedule product demos and discovery meetings with decision-makers such as HR Managers, HR Directors, and CEOs.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.Understand client pain points and present product as a solution.Follow up with prospects consistently to move opportunities through the sales funnel.Coordinate with internal teams for demos, proposals, and onboarding discussions.Conduct market research on competitors.Meet monthly lead generation, meeting booking, and revenue targets.Requirements1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or SaaS Sales.Experience working with or targeting the US market is preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and prospecting tools.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.Self-motivated, target driven, and confident in dealing with international clients.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Why Join Us?Market Competitive salary + commissionCareer growth in SaaS and global business development.Location: DHA phase 2 Lahore Time: 4:00PM-1:00AM
