Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials / Cement Industry

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the cement, building materials, or ready-mix industry in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients
• Identify new business opportunities in the construction and building materials market
• Promote and sell cement, ready-mix, and related construction materials
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up on enquiries
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery schedules
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cement / building materials / ready-mix industry
• Must have experience in Qatar market
• Strong network with contractors and construction companies preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Arab Nationality only

Pay: QAR12,000.00 per month
