Common responsibilities include:
Generate new corporate and individual insurance clients
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop relationships with brokers, companies, and SMEs
Prepare quotations and insurance proposals
Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Renew existing customer policies
Monitor competitors and market trends
Maintain CRM/customer records
Support marketing campaigns and business events
Typical requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or insurance
2-5 years of sales/business development experience
Qatar/GCC insurance experience preferred
Valid Qatar driving license is often preferred
Strong English communication skills
Arabic can be an advantage.
