We’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia, focused on expanding our footprint in professional services and staffing solutions.


This is not a tender-driven role, we’re looking for someone who can open doors, build relationships, and create real business opportunities.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Identify and generate new business opportunities across key sectors in KSA.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Engage with clients, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into RFQs and projects.

Lead company registrations and vendor onboarding with strategic clients (including corporates and semi-government entities).

Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate tracking and reporting through CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
