Business Development Executive

We’re Hiring – Upwork Bidder (Remote)

Company: Digitronis Labs
Job Type: Remote | Full-Time / Part-Time

Digitronis Labs is looking for a skilled and proactive Upwork Bidder who can help us generate quality leads and bring in new projects through Upwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
  • Write customized and winning proposals
  • Communicate with potential clients professionally
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team
  • Maintain consistent bidding activity and follow-ups
  • Build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital services (SEO, Web Development, Design, etc.)
  • Ability to write persuasive proposals
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Understanding of project estimation
