A Business Development Executive is Needed for Our Company involved in IT Solutions

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive for a leading IT Solutions with the additional responsibility of promoting business development for our prestigious Recruitment firm.

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and engage potential clients for IT Solutions and recruitment services.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

· Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.

· Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

· Present our services to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.

· Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

· Keep abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

· Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment and headhunting industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.

· Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to win new business and close deals.

· Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

· Sound knowledge of the IT or Recruitment industry, including sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation.

· Familiarity with various industries and their talent requirements is an added advantage.

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
