Summary:
tapmad is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies and sales plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, product, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches for prospective clients and partners.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms and closing business deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and partnership activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
- Experience in media, entertainment, OTT, or digital platforms is a plus.
