Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and grow revenue across our IT services portfolio — including web development, networking, social media marketing, and IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales and onboarding phases
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team to propose appropriate solutions

Business Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas
  • Monitor competitors and report insights to management
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and service packages

Proposals & Contracts

  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets
  • Follow up on outstanding proposals and pending decisions

Reporting

  • Report weekly/monthly on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
  • Track KPIs such as number of leads, conversion rate, and revenue generated

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT or technology services

Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Arabic + English preferred)
  • Ability to understand and explain technical services to non-technical clients
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Other

  • Valid Qatar residence permit (or transferable visa
  • Knowledge of Qatar's business landscape and local market
