Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new leads
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of business development or sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of digital lead generation tools

KPIs:
Client acquisition, revenue growth, lead conversion, and target achievement.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
